The customer is responsible for backing up all files on the computer before the engineer arrives, unless the engineer agrees otherwise.

If, after having gained access to and inspected the computer the engineer decides it is not possible to upgrade the computer he will have the right to not attempt or to abandon the upgrade. The PC will be returned to its orginal position, as far as possible. The customer will not be charged in these circumstances.

If we cannot gain full access to the computer when we arrive at the agreed time a call out charge will be made. This includes physical and software access.

Administrator access will be required for some operating systems such as Windows NT, 2000 and XP. Failure to provide the necessary access during the visit which prevents work continuing will incur a call out charge.

Payment is due as soon as the work is completed, before the engineer leaves the site. Cash or cheque, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
